Penumpasan Pengkhianatan G 30 S PKI atau hanya Pengkhianatan G 30 S PKI [a] adalah judul film dokudrama propaganda Indonesia tahun 1984. Film ini disutradarai dan ditulis oleh Arifin C. Noer, diproduseri oleh G. Dwipayana, dan dibintangi Amoroso Katamsi, Umar Kayam, dan Syubah Asa. Diproduksi selama dua tahun dengan anggaran sebesar Rp. 800 juta kala itu, film ini disponsori oleh pemerintahan Orde Baru Soeharto. Film ini dibuat berdasarkan pada versi resmi menurut pemerintah kala itu dari peristiwa "Gerakan 30 September" atau "G30S" (peristiwa percobaan kudeta pada tahun 1965) yang ditulis oleh Nugroho Notosusanto dan Ismail Saleh, yang menggambarkan peristiwa kudeta ini didalangi oleh Partai Komunis Indonesia atau PKI.

Film ini menggambarkan masa menjelang kudeta dan beberapa hari setelah peristiwa tersebut. Dalam kala kekacauan ekonomi, enam jenderal diculik dan dibunuh oleh PKI dan TNI Angkatan Udara, konon untuk memulai kudeta terhadap Presiden Soekarno. Jenderal Soeharto muncul sebagai tokoh yang menghancurkan gerakan kudeta tersebut, setelah itu mendesak rakyat Indonesia untuk memperingati mereka yang tewas dan melawan segala bentuk komunisme. Film ini juga menampilkan pergantian rezim pemerintahan Indonesia dari Presiden Soekarno ke Soeharto menurut versi pemerintahan Orde Baru. Film ini menggambarkan gerakan G30S sebagai gerakan kejam yang telah merencanakan "setiap langkah dengan terperinci", menggambarkan sukacita dalam penggunaan kekerasan yang berlebihan dan penyiksaan terhadap para jenderal, penggambaran yang telah dianggap menggambarkan bahwa "musuh negara adalah bukanlah manusia".
Film ini adalah film dalam negeri pertama yang dirilis secara komersial dan menampilkan peristiwa 1965 tersebut. Penumpasan Pengkhianatan G 30 S PKI meraih sukses secara komersial maupun kritis. Film ini dinominasikan untuk tujuh penghargaan di Festival Film Indonesia 1984, memenangkan satu, dan mencapai angka rekor penonton - meskipun dalam banyak kasus penonton diminta untuk melihat film ini, alih-alih secara sukarela.
Film ini terus digunakan sebagai kendaraan propaganda oleh pemerintah Orde Baru selama tiga belas tahun, di mana pemerintahan Soeharto kala itu memerintahkan satu-satunya stasiun televisi di Indonesia saat itu, TVRI, untuk menayangkan film ini setiap tahun pada tanggal 30 September malam. Film ini juga diperintahkan menjadi tontonan wajib bagi siswa sekolah di Indonesia, walaupun memperlihatkan adegan-adegan yang penuh kekerasan berlebihan. Pada saat stasiun-stasiun televisi swasta bermunculan, mereka juga dikenai kewajiban yang sama. Peraturan ini kemudian dihapuskan sejak jatuhnya Soeharto tahun 1998. Sejak itu film ini telah menjadi kurang diminati lagi dan belum pernah lagi diputar di stasiun televisi Indonesia. Meskipun aspek artistik film ini tetap diterima dengan baik, kekeliruan sejarahnya telah menuai banyak kritik.
